ZDL-9 Automatic Sulfur Determinator

This instrument is primarily used to determine the total sulfur content in coal, steel, and various minerals. It is the preferred instrument for laboratories in sectors such as coal, power, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, geological exploration, commodity inspection, and environmental protection testing.

The instrument is designed based on the coulometric titration method specified in GB/T214-1996. It has been improved and developed on the foundation of the KZDL series and other existing domestic sulfur analyzers.

■ Chinese menu display; furnace temperature and correction parameters can be input via the keyboard.

■ Automatically determines the titration endpoint, shortening the experimental time.

■ Automatically adjusts the furnace current, which can extend the service life of silicon carbide tubes several times compared to traditional controllers.

■ The sample feeding mechanism uses electronic switches, ensuring high reliability and preventing over-electrolysis phenomena.

■ Automatically controls the electrolysis speed, eliminating the need for an electrolysis switch.
